My name is Luke Andris. I am a people-driven leader passionate about utilizing relationships to create sustainable business outcomes. I am a senior at Bentley University, in Waltham, MA. This website was created to share more about myself, including both professional and personal experiences.

Student Director, Bentley Service-Learning & Civic Engagement Center (BSLCE)

The BSLCE is the oldest and one of the largest college service-learning centers in the country. In my role, I:

Supervise 1,000~ undergraduate students (25% of population) working with local nonprofit partners to drive positive impact towards societal issues

Facilitate trainings for 120+ program managers aligned to 50+ partner organizations

Coordinate 28 members working across 7 cross-functional areas to further strategic initiatives
I have been involved in the BSLCE since Spring 2022 in various capacities. Additional tasks include presenting to the University President to become the First Fair Trade Business University and facilitating conversations with University Board of Trustees. Read more here.

I served as Global Finance & Business Management Intern in the Wilmington, DE office. As a member of the Credit Card Planning & Analysis Team, I was tasked with creating a dashboard for card CFO teams to view drivers of revolve and payment rate trends. For this project, I:

Analyzed 8 years and 60,000~ rows of historical credit card volume data to identify drivers of revolve and payment rate for 36 products within pre-2017 vintage

Created 18 visuals and 12 FY, YTD, and YoY % Change data tables for card CFO teams to derive insights

Presented final deliverable and continuity plan to team leadership
In completing my deliverable, I learned three main lessons.​

February 2021 – December 2023​
Luke Shoes informally started with a friend in eighth grade. During COVID, I took advantage of newfound free time to elevate the business to new heights. I distributed footwear to the shelves of boutiques across the country. I learned the power of relationships and value in developing a network of suppliers and customers. Relationships drive sustainable growth.
